Ms. Claudia Rich
Originally from Forked River New Jersey, Claudia Rich began her formal dance training at the age 3. Her primary training before entering college took place along the Treasure Coast at Kimberly’s School of Dance directed by Kimberly Beauregard where Claudia trained in ballet, modern, jazz, tap, lyrical, and hip hop.
While in High School Claudia took part in the annual dance concert ‘Believe’ at Treasure Coast and showcased three pieces of her own choreography, ‘Over the Love’, ‘People Help People’, and ‘Rule the World’. While in High School, Claudia trained under JJ Butler at Vantage Pointe Studios as a competition team member.
Claudia completed her training at Vantage Pointe Studios early to pursue dance at the collegiate level where she trained while at Marymount Manhattan University and Rutgers University Mason Gross School of the Arts. She has trained under distinguished faculty such as Nancy Lushington, Juan Carlos Peñuelas , and more. She also was involved with the Rutgers University Student Competition Team, Intramural Sports, and heavily involved in Student Athletics. Throughout her undergraduate career she took classes at studios such as Broadway Dance Center, and Ballet Academy East while working as a choreographer at Starz Dance Studio in Brick NJ.
Claudia has also worked alongside athletic trainers for major professional sports organizations such as The Philadelphia Soul. Upon graduating from Rutgers University, she obtained several hours as a Rehab Technician in Port St Lucie before relocating to Tampa Bay to pursue a graduate degree in Physical Therapy.
